The EU and Emerging Powers Forum
Pramit Pal Chaudhuri is a panelist at the 2nd Allianz-CER Forum, on “The EU and Emerging Powers,” held in Brussels. The conference brought together 80 policy-making, high officials, experts and editors to discuss how the EU should structure its relationships with ’emerging power’– or, high-growth markets, a term now preferred by many to refer to China, Brazil and other countries that are large players on the world scene. Other speakers included Pascal Lamy, Carl Bildt, Peter Sutherland, Michael Diekmann, Feng Zhongping, Fyodor Lukyanov, and Nader Mousavizadeh.
