The Feasibility of European Monetary and Fiscal Policies
Jacob Kirkegaard is a panelist on “European Monetary and Fiscal Policy: Transatlantic Perspectives” in a conference co-hosted by the Center for Transatlantic Relations at Johns Hopkins University, the EU Center of Excellence, and the Cournot Centre for Economic Studies.
Held in Washington, DC and headed by director Robert Solow, a Nobel Laureate in Economics, the conference explores “macroeconomic policy coordination in Europe. How well have EU member states responded to the economic crises? How well can they work together to advance structural reforms that can provide the basis for future European growth?”
