The CSIS Energy and National Security Program and the Rhodium Group are pleased to discuss the findings from their new report, Remaking American Power: Potential Energy Market Impacts of EPA’s Proposed GHG Emission Performance Standards for Existing Electric Power Plants. The report seeks to inform federal and state policymakers, energy producers, investors and consumers about the potential energy market impacts of state and federal policy decisions associated with the Clean Power Plan as proposed. Presenting findings will be John Larsen, Senior Analyst with the Rhodium Group, and Trevor Houser, Partner with the Rhodium Group, followed by comments from a panel. The session will conclude with Q & A. Sarah O. Ladislaw, Director and Senior Fellow of the Energy and National Security program, will provide introductory remarks and moderate.
