Workshop on Chinese Legal Reform
Daniel Rosen presents on “China’s Investment in the United States” as part of Yale Law School’s series of workshops on the Chinese legal system.
The Workshop on Chinese Legal Reform provides Yale Law students and faculty an opportunity to learn about the Chinese legal system through discussions of papers on law and policy reform topics presented by Center staff, Fellows, visiting Chinese scholars, and distinguished guest speakers (both Chinese and American). The Workshop has come to serve as a focal point within Yale Law School – and increasingly within Yale University as a whole – for faculty and students with an interest in China and in exploring issues related to Chinese law and policy reform.
