Rhodium Group Managing Editor Noah Barkin moderated the launch event for a new report by the German Marshall Fund and the Center for a New American Security entitled “Charting a Transatlantic Course to Address China”. Report authors Julie Smith of GMF and Andrea Kendall-Taylor of CNAS presented the key recommendations from the report, followed by a panel discussion with Norway’s Foreign Minister Ine Eriksen Søreide, Michael Green of the Center for Strategic and International Studies, and Thomas Nides of Morgan Stanley
