Anne Luo is a Senior Research Analyst with Rhodium Group’s China Data Services team, focusing on cross-border investment trends and policies.

Anne also supports the buildout of Rhodium Group’s proprietary databases, especially on China’s foreign direct investment and environmental, social, and governance (ESG) work.

Anne holds a dual master’s degree in International Affairs from the London School of Economics and Peking University. She is fluent in English, Mandarin, and French.
