Charlotte builds energy & climate data products for Rhodium Group. She is currently building out the Transition Acceleration Framework, a suite of analytics to inform strategic climate investment in private markets. Previously, Charlotte built ClimateDeck, Rhodium’s public energy & climate data platform, and led the Clean Investment Monitor team, publishing open data on manufacturing and deployment of clean technologies.

Before joining Rhodium, Charlotte led a climate data team at the Department of State where she developed data products and quick-turn analysis to support US climate diplomacy. Charlotte holds Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from the University of Virginia where she focused on using quantitative social science methods to study human behavior in systems and guide policy. She is based in Seattle, Washington.
