Christine Yan

Christine brings federal policy and climate data experience to Rhodium Group’s Energy & Climate practice, where she focuses on clean investment tracking and analysis. Prior to joining Rhodium, she served as a Special Assistant in the Office of Global Change at the U.S. Department of State, supporting international climate negotiations and agency-wide climate data initiatives. Before that, she was a Director’s Financial Analyst Fellow at the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, where she worked across regulatory, research, and supervisory teams on issues including climate-related financial risk, fair lending, and consumer data access rights. Christine holds a Bachelor’s in Economics from Georgetown University.
