As a Senior Human Resources Manager, Jennifer supports developing, implementing, and monitoring firmwide policies, procedures, systems, and initiatives that support the firm’s strategic direction and help drive sustainable, long-term growth. Before joining Rhodium Group, Jennifer worked at a private equity firm where she supported multiple functions in Human Resources. Jennifer has her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Criminal Justice from California State University, East Bay.
