Xinyu Zheng is a Research Assistant with Rhodium Group’s China Data Services team, focusing on clean technologies and policies.

Xinyu supports Rhodium Group’s Global Clean Investment Monitor and other proprietary databases, with a focus on China. Before joining Rhodium, she worked as a Research Assistant for the Environmental Impact Data Collaborative project at the Massive Data Institute at Georgetown University, where she contributed to the development of the Environmental Justice Database, the IRA Federal Spending Tracker, and the Wetland Impact Tracker.

Xinyu holds a Master’s degree in Public Policy from Georgetown University and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Beijing Foreign Studies University. She is fluent in English and Mandarin.
