Rhodium Group promotes Agatha Kratz and Michael Delgado to partners
Rhodium Group is proud to announce the promotion of Agatha Kratz and Michael Delgado to partners. Michael and Agatha both bring a wealth of experience and expertise in their respective fields.
Agatha Kratz joined Rhodium Group in 2018. She leads the China practice’s corporate advisory services, providing business strategy support and tailored analysis of China’s economic and policy dynamics to world-leading companies. Agatha also leads the firm’s research on EU-China relations and supply chain diversification.
Agatha has nearly 15 years of experience in analysis of China’s economy and policy dynamics. Prior to joining Rhodium Group, Agatha was an Associate Policy Fellow at the European Council on Foreign Relations and Editor-in-Chief of its quarterly journal China Analysis, and an Assistant Editor for Gavekal-Dragonomics’ China Economic Quarterly. She holds a Ph.D. from King’s College London, on China’s railway diplomacy. Agatha is based in Rhodium’s Paris office.
Michael Delgado joined Rhodium Group over a decade ago in 2013. He leads the development of energy and climate data platforms and products for a wide range of stakeholders and use cases, including for policymakers and other decision-makers in the finance, energy, real estate, and technology sectors. Michael oversees the Clean Investment Monitor, a research collaboration with MIT’s Center for Energy and Environmental Policy Research that tracks public and private investments in clean technologies in the US.
He also led the firm’s work building tools to quantify asset-level physical climate risks for the financial sector. Michael has a Master’s degree in Earth Systems from Stanford University, with a focus on energy and climate policy analysis.
Michael and Agatha join the leadership team of partners Jennifer Baird, Thilo Hanemann, John Larsen, Kate Larsen, Logan Wright, and founding partners Trevor Houser and Daniel Rosen.
