Charlotte brings a combination of data science skills and international climate diplomacy experience to Rhodium Group, where she leads the ongoing development of the Clean Investment Monitor, a collaboration with MIT’s Center for Energy and Environmental Policy Research, focused on tracking clean investment in the United States. In addition to managing the core research and development for the quarterly updates of this public data product, Charlotte supports a number of projects extending its reach via partnerships with external organizations.

Before joining Rhodium, Charlotte led a climate data team at the US Department of State where she developed data products and executed quick-turn analysis to inform global climate diplomacy. Charlotte holds Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from the University of Virginia where she focused on using quantitative social science methods to study human behavior in systems and inform policy. She is based in Seattle, Washington.
