Shashank Mohan is a Senior Advisor with the Energy & Climate practice at Rhodium Group, developing energy and climate data products.
Energy & ClimateIn his role developing energy and climate data products, Shashank engages with a wide range of data users and clients in both the public and private sectors. He rejoins Rhodium Group after serving as a Managing Director on BlackRock’s Aladdin Sustainability team, where he helped integrate climate analytics into investment decision-making. Before that, he was a Partner at Rhodium, leading quantitative analysis within the Energy & Climate team. His career began in tech as a software engineer at Microsoft.
In addition to his work at Rhodium, Shashank serves on the board of ReFED, a nonprofit focused on reducing food loss and waste across the food system.
He holds a Master’s in Mathematics and Computing from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Kharagpur and a Master’s in Public Administration from Columbia University.
