Report
We provide probabilistic projections of the likely evolution of global emissions and temperature rise through the end of the century.
Note
The IRA includes significant incentives for emerging climate technologies. Using a new modeling framework, we assess the long-term global emissions impact of these incentives.
Note
Russia’s invasion of Ukraine has brought into stark relief the national security consequences of European reliance on Russian natural gas and global reliance on Russian oil. We outline policy options available.
