Naveen applies energy system modeling to quantify the effects of US energy and climate policies. Prior to joining Rhodium, he worked on economic data analysis and visualizations of global agriculture and food systems at the World Bank, research for global climate and resilience solutions at the Atlantic Council’s Adrienne Arsht-Rockefeller Foundation Resilience Center, and the development of bilateral energy cooperation agreements between US and Indian states at the Center for Strategic and International Studies. Naveen holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Southern California and a Master’s degree in Development Practice with a focus on environmental economics and quantitative analysis from Columbia University.
